Shipping policy

We ship across South Africa using The Courier Guy, PUDO, or Uber Connect (for Cape Town inner-city drop-offs). We pack and ship every Thursday of the week.

Delivery Times

• Main centres: 2–4 business days

• Outlying areas: 4–7 business days

• Cape Town CBD: same-day or next-day delivery available

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the lab.
If your package takes longer than expected, drop us a note at bb@oana.co.za — we’ll track it faster than you can say “hydroxyethylcellulose.”

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. We’ll fix it, or replace it, no questions (okay, maybe one or two cheeky ones).
