Refund policy

We make things that go inside, so returns are a bit tricky.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened products. Once it’s been unsealed, it’s yours forever, like that one bad decision you still think about.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or looking like it’s been through a pride parade without you, email us at bb@oana.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund the item if the issue’s on our end.

We don’t refund because you changed your mind, ghosted your cart, or realised your ex doesn’t deserve good lube.
